Introducing S4TP’s Youth Impact Panel

April 22, 2026

At Solutions for the Planet, we’ve spent years helping organisations understand, engage with, and learn from young people through our Youth Insights Panels. These panels have shaped sustainability strategies, informed product development, strengthened ESG commitments, and helped businesses make decisions that genuinely resonate with the next generation.

And while youth voice has always been embedded in our own governance — from youth advisers to young representatives on our Board — this year, we’re taking that commitment a step further.

We are proud to introduce S4TP’s Youth Impact Panel: a group of exceptional young people who will help shape our strategic direction, challenge our assumptions, and ensure that youth voice remains at the heart of everything we do.

Why an internal panel — and why now?

As one of our core programmes, we deliver Youth Insights Panels for organisations across the UK. These panels help businesses understand young people’s perspectives on sustainability, careers, social impact, and the future of work. They challenge assumptions, reveal blind spots, and strengthen strategic decisions.

It was time to model that same practice internally.

By establishing our own internal panel, we’re formalising and expanding the youth involvement we’ve always had — creating a structured, ongoing mechanism for young people to influence our programmes, communications, and long‑term strategy.

This panel will meet regularly throughout the year, offering honest feedback, fresh perspectives, and lived experience that will help us stay relevant, ambitious, and grounded.

A future shaped with — not just for — young people

We’re excited to begin this journey with our 2026 panel and to share their insights throughout the year. Their voices will help guide our next decade of impact, ensuring that our work remains bold, grounded, and genuinely youth‑powered.
