Connecting enquiring minds from schools, businesses and communities to provide creative spaces for young people to explore sustainability and STEM careers.
Our vision is for a generation of young people ready and able to respond to 21st century sustainability challenges. We aim to achieve this by inspiring new ways of thinking through building partnerships between businesses and schools, as we know this mix of knowledge, skills and passion has the potential to shape a more sustainable future.
“The Big Ideas Programme is an eye opener to everyone who participates as it makes us realise our world has many issues and even though we’re children and teenagers, these problems CAN be solved!”

We help businesses…
Are you looking to engage your local community and increase youth participation, while expanding CSR and Social Value? We help you do this through our Big Ideas Programme, which includes an employee volunteering scheme, and our S4TP Youth Insights service, which allows businesses to create and benefit from their own youth engagement panels.
“Being involved has shown me how the creativity and innovation that young people put towards issues they are truly passionate about can be limitless. The enthusiasm for change is inspiring, it continually challenges me to work towards a more sustainable eco-friendly way of natural resource use.”

We offer schools…
Our Big Ideas Programme is an annual STEM enrichment programme that gives students opportunities to meet local employers and be mentored by their employees. We also want young people’s voices to be heard by those local employers and for them to have an impact on their future world, we facilitate this through S4TP Youth Insights.
“The Big Ideas Programme is simply fantastic! The manner in which my students have improved their communication skills, expanded their friendship groups, become business entrepreneurs, increased in confidence in expressing themselves and their ideas….the list is endless. Thank you S4TP!”
