From a young age Uzair was always interested in a team building towards something, whether it be playing football for his local Sunday league team or being part of a school play. In his recent years, he studied maths, sports and physics at A-level, but at the end of his results, he was not certain to go into a specific field related to those subjects.

He took a gap year to learn new skills and truly understand what he wanted from here onwards. He wanted to do something meaningful that initiates a positive change onto the world. He learnt ways to initiate that change and better himself – one of those was when he took the liberty of joining a leadership course which after 8 weeks he graduated.

Towards the end of his gap year, he understood what he was aiming for, what he wanted to do. And that’s when he applied for the position at Solutions For The Planet!
