Welcoming Arpit Raghav

Arpit joins our Board with a strong background in data, analytics, and sustainability. His experience spans the energy, infrastructure, and environmental sectors, where he has built a reputation for transforming complex information into actionable insights that support strategic decision making.

With expertise in data science, geospatial modelling, energy systems, and net zero planning, Arpit has worked extensively on projects focused on helping organisations navigate the transition to a cleaner, more sustainable future. His analytical approach and passion for environmental innovation will bring valuable insight to our Board as we continue to develop programmes that empower young people to tackle real-world sustainability challenges.

Welcoming Kathryn Lennon-Johnson

We are equally excited to welcome Kathryn Lennon-Johnson to the Board.

Kathryn is a recognised leader in stakeholder engagement, marketing, sustainability, and skills development within the built environment sector. With more than two decades of experience in communications, business development, social value, and behaviour change, she has dedicated much of her career to building stronger links between industry and education.

A TEDx speaker, author, lecturer, and sustainability advocate, Kathryn is passionate about helping young people understand and access opportunities within industries that are shaping our future. Her expertise in engagement, education, and social impact closely aligns with Solutions for the Planet’s mission to create meaningful connections between young people and employers.
