Kathryn has had a unique and varied career combining her commitment to equality, peace, social justice, sustainability, youth leadership and education for the past 18 years.

Her previous experience spans the education, third and public sectors, designing and delivering educational programmes for social and environmental change. She is a Trustee of the Wales Council for Voluntary Action and was previously a Board Member of Careers Wales.

She is currently Director of Partnerships at Yes Futures a charity providing an award-winning coaching programme to key stage 2 and 3 students. She also runs her own business, Share Impact Ltd, providing coaching and mentoring to social entrepreneurs scaling their impact and income.

As a Non-Executive Director of S4TP, who originally set it up with Jen in 2013, Kat is committed to inspiring innovation and creativity alongside implementing environmental sustainability and increased diversity within business, whilst inspiring young people to believe in themselves and take action on the issues that matter to them.
