Jen is as passionate about the power of humans realising their own positive potential as she is about protecting our wonderful world.

Having worked in the private, public and third sectors, Jen has now led Solutions for the Planet into it’s tenth year of spreading hope through action.  Jen is a strong believer that the fun and learning is in the experience of the journey. By bringing people together from different backgrounds, generations, businesses and geographies to share knowledge and skills, she knows  we will shape a more environmentally, socially and economically sustainable future.

Solutions for the Planet’s values of responsibility, integrity, curiosity and collaboration are closely aligned with her own. Previous Great British Entrepreneur for Good Winner, and Global Good Awards Finalist, Jen lives and breathes the values she instils in the organisation, the team, and all those she comes into contact with.  In 2024, Jen has been named a finalist on the Environment 100 list for 2024 

Jen is a mum to a terrific toddler, amateur yogi, and loves walking in the Snowdonian mountains.
