As the Commercial Graduate based in the Southeast region of the business, my role mostly revolves around various managerial and analytical tasks as well as liaising with stakeholders, contributing towards the overall profitability goals for the region.

When I learned about the Big Ideas Programme, I was very enthusiastic to join as it is for a great cause. Once I attended the mentorship training session and got to learn about my role, it felt like a great opportunity for me to contribute.

The most exciting part was the Big Ideas day, where I got to mentor some really bright and smart youngsters to come up with innovative ideas to tackle with the challenges the planet is facing today. The experience was extremely inspiring and motivational.
