“I think the programme has given me and many others the chance of a lifetime”

The Big Idea programme is extremely inspiring for young people. It gives an opportunity to make a change in the world. For me, this programme has helped me to develop as a student and as a person who wants to make a change in the world. 

The programme helped me to learn about things such as technological science, business marketing and sustainability issues. The programme has developed me as an individual and has given my team a chance to make a change in the world. I would like to show my deep gratitude to the whole of the programme and its team for this.

My time, while completing this project has been enjoyable. I had great opportunities to communicate with my teachers and ask for help when I needed it. I feel proud to represent my school in such a programme. 

I understand much more about the environment and sustainability and have made some changes to my own behaviour to help protect the planet.

I already loved STEM subjects but I have learned more about engineering and science while developing our Big Idea and I would like to work in a job that uses these skills in the future, hopefully in a job that supports a sustainable future for the planet.
