What do I do: My role is to manage the customer experience of the services that Mears provide for local authority housing service. I listen to the needs of the customer and react when things don’t go to plan or be proactive when I notice that things can be improved upon.
A bit about me: I am a mum to 3 children who certainly keep me entertained whilst not working. I am always wanting to try out new things and have just signed up to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon next year… the only issue is at present, I can’t run! I believe we should all try to do something we think we can’t do.
