What do I do: I look after the customer experience for my contracts (Leeds, Manchester and Warrington), which includes: managing customer contacts; driving customer satisfaction and service improvements; regular communication and engagement with clients, customers and involved representatives / organisations; all internal communications and engagement – ensuring colleagues know what they need to, so they can provide an excellent level of customer service; and making sure the Mears culture is well represented in everything we do.
A bit about me: A Southerner, who loves the North so much she stayed after uni. I am the biggest Strictly nut in the UK (even getting to see it live in Blackpool). I enjoy trying to keep up with my son and technology, reading (particularly detective novels from the early 20th century), cooking, watching nearly every single sport available (especially my beloved Arsenal but not golf), tv and getting tattooed – highly addictive and worth the pain.
