What do I do: I am responsible for the strategy and experience for our service delivery and social value contribution.  I manage 4 very different contracts, some with very vulnerable people and others who serve to protect our country. I look at journey mapping, processes, and service improvements.  Culture is very important to how we approach our role I have to be an ambassador to influence others on the journey with me.

A bit about me: I am the proud owner of two Labradors, Fletcher who is two, working dog and never sits still, the other one is only 8 weeks old called Archer. Lots of dog walking, I enjoy walking the Peaks as I live in Derbyshire. Love to have meals with friends and family and I have just taking on some distant learning for a diploma in Horticulture.
